in the late 70's you people said the ice age is coming and today it's global warming / climate change or what should we call it. Make up your mind. this bill is nuts and you know it. i do agree we could cut down on energy use but whats going on today is completely wrong. look at california - its a disaster, financially. there is so much wrong with this bill. please get a clue
